The 18-Inch Gluten-Free NY-Style Pizza
We didn't want families left out of pizza night anymore, so we engineered a load-bearing, stable 16" and 18" artisan canvas with a genuine, yeast-risen internal crumb structure.
We are currently operating inside our strictly controlled, 100% dedicated gluten-free cottage kitchen space to protect the integrity of our formula. We are finalizing our framework, and selecting premier local partners to pilot our commercial kitchen space.
