We started this journey for one simple reason: we wanted to be able to make good pizza again for our family and friends. For a long time, watching loved ones navigate a gluten-free lifestyle meant losing that old pizza night magic. It meant watching everyone else dig into a massive, folding New York slice while someone you care about was stuck with a tiny, cardboard-textured personal pie. It felt like they were being left out of the circle, and we knew our kitchen deserved better.

So, the two of us went to work. We spent countless hours testing and tweaking to recreate the ultimate holy grail: a true, handcrafted 16-inch artisan sourdough crust that stands up straight, folds like a dream, and tastes so incredible that everyone at the table wants a slice.

We were so incredibly excited to finally "break the code" and realize we could actually make these massive, foldable NY-style pizzas—but we honestly weren't expecting what happened next. Our Facebook post went wildly popular overnight! 🍕✨

To be completely upfront, we were not ready for the immediate, overwhelming wave of responses. We are so thrilled, grateful, and humbled by the love you've shown us.
